Terms of Use

How Bavelu and its subscription work – in plain words.

The agreement

Your use of the Bavelu app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). This page summarises how Bavelu subscriptions work and adds a few points specific to Bavelu. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

The app is provided by Bavelu s.r.o., Počernická 330/92, Malešice, 108 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 301 40 056, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 457873 (“we”, “us”).

In short

  • The Bavelu subscription renews automatically, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple ID.
  • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you pay nothing.
  • You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Bavelu is not a medical device and doesn’t replace a doctor or physiotherapist.

Subscriptions

Bavelu offers a yearly and a monthly subscription. The price, the length of the period and what’s included are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase – or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it lasts the number of days shown in the app (currently 7). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription and you’re charged for the first period. Each Apple ID can use the free trial once.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If the price ever changes, Apple will let you know in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.

Cancelling

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Bavelu and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring purchases

On a new or reset iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore on the subscription screen to get your subscription back.
